Using this site
This site carries general information about foundation repair in the Coastal Bend. Submitting the form creates no contract; none exists until a written scope has been signed by both parties.
Regional information, not a property assessment
Descriptions of soils, climate and moisture behaviour describe the region in general. Soil surveys map areas rather than individual parcels, and what lies beneath any particular lot must be established on that lot. Nothing here assesses your property.
We are not engineers
We are a foundation repair contractor. We do not issue structural or geotechnical engineering reports, perform soil borings, or certify structures. Where a job warrants engineering input we say so and recommend an independent engineer rather than substituting our own opinion.
We are not plumbers
We recommend static plumbing tests and work from their results. We do not perform plumbing tests or repairs, and any such work is carried out by a licensed plumber under a separate contract.
Licensing in Texas
Texas does not license foundation repair contractors at state level. Local municipalities may require contractor registration and permits. Nothing on this site should be read as claiming a state licence or credential for this trade, because none exists.
Pricing
Ranges shown are typical and are not quotations. A price is issued only in a written scope following an on-site assessment, and piling costs depend on a depth that is not known before installation.
